Mooresville NC - AAA Storage Hwy 150

"This is just a note to compliment you on my transactions over the course of these past 15 months. From the time I moved in, clear through the current month, I've had nothing but spectacular service.

Everyone at AAA Storage Hwy 150 is always helpful, even when I repeatedly forget my gate code. They just pull my records and check IDs. Nobody has ever been rude although I know I might frustrate them.

My billing has been spectacular.  Because of a change of units within the first week, we had a settlement of account and they were honest enough to refund what was owed to me.

The grounds are always clean and my unit was ready on the date specified.  I've never had an issue with the office being unattended or gates being broken, so common in storage companies. 

I will be posting a positive review on Angie's List, a national Customer Review website."

"I want to thank AAA Storage Hwy 150 for helping me have a smooth move in my first apartment. With low rates and great office hours, it made it very helpful for
me to come in and get a unit on the spot.

I want to especially thank Donna & Henry for their wonderful customer serivce. They were the only ones I spoke with that day who were willing to help me get a unit that same night. Donna made me feel welcomed and safe around her and I had only been in the office for a second.

Henry gave me advise on moving tips and I felt very comfortable leaving my things in their hands. I would tell anyone that was moving to check them out.

It’s important to me for all to know what I think of AAA Storage Hwy 150.  I'm from Indianapolis Indiana and the move to Mooresville NC was a very big and hard move for me, my daughter and my grandson.

When I talked with management, I was assured that I would be taken care of. Taken care of was EXACTLY what they meant! I cannot begin to tell you how nice and friendly Donna and Henry are. They have gone out of their way to make us feel at home at this facility.

At one point my grandson had an asthma attack and Donna and Henry went out of their way to help before I arrived with his inhaler. Our society talks about how they wish things were like the old days and I can honestly say that's how I feel there. They are so friendly and accommodating that you feel like family and want to pay your bill on time just so you can stop in for a visit. Thanks Donna and Henry for making us feel so welcome here.

My name is Shaun and I'm 11 years old. My nana is Debra H. and she got a storage unit at AAA Storage Hwy 150 when we moved here in June of this year.

My mom Kelly and I made so many trips to this storage unit, I was so tired and on one of our trips it was so hot that I had an asthma attack and my Mom couldn't reach my nana for my inhaler.

The lady and man that work at AAA Storage were so worried and went running for water and were trying everything to help us.  My nana came with my inhaler and all turned out okay but it scared me and my mom, and the lady Donna was so nice.

My nana really likes them and they keep it really clean and nana really likes that since she is really picky about things being clean. I have to pick up and clean my room everyday so she says everyone is supposed to clean up after themselves. It’s really clean at AAA Storage. Thanks a lot for taking care of us.
