I just wanted to drop you a line and say thank you for over 3 years of dedicated service to my family.  You are always such an upbeat energetic person and I love coming in to pay my bill, in person, so I get the opportunity to see you.  You go above and beyond the realm of "regular" customer service: calling me if my payment is overdue (okay, it did happen a couple of times). Most people would have said nothing and made the profit on the late payment fees, but you are a caring person and tried to spare my family the expense.  For this , I am eternally grateful.  There is a caring person left out there.  We reap 10 times that which we put out there, so I think you have a lot of good will coming your way!!  God bless you always.
